I’m here to help you shift habits, build confidence, and craft a lifestyle that supports you for the long haul.I teach a whole‑food approach I like to call "Creation‑based eating" — simple, nourishing, and rooted in the way our bodies were designed. Because every person is unique, I take pride in offering a personalized, grace‑filled approach that helps you see results you can actually feel.Through one‑on‑one sessions, weekly check‑ins, educational resources, recipes, shopping lists, and more, I partner with you step‑by‑step as you transform your health from the inside out.My love for whole‑food living started early. I’ve adored a made‑from‑scratch meal since I was a kid experimenting in the kitchen. That passion became purpose when my daughter's health declined as a toddler, and I had to relearn how to feed my family — temporarily removing grains, eggs, dairy, and getting creative with simple, nutrient‑dense ingredients. That season sparked a deep desire to understand how our bodies were created and how our daily choices shape the way we feel.Over the last decade, I’ve seen firsthand how food can be powerful medicine — and I love that God designed the foods that nourish us to also taste amazing.
